Vladimir Naumez (Naumetz) was born in 1945.
In 1964 graduated from the Odessa State Art College. 1970 Graduated the Monumental department of the Moscow Stroganov Art Institute (Russia). From 1976 active member of the Art Union the Gorkom Grafiki in Malya Gruzinskaya and the Odessa Group of Non-Conformist Artists. Painter and a monumentalist. The art works are in the museums and private collections in the Ukraine, Russia, Germany, France, Canada, USA, England. Lives and works in Germany.
