Biography

Lev Mezhberg - born 1933 in Odessa. In 1958 he graduated from Odessa College of Fine Art with highest honours. Mezhberg's work has been exhibited at museums and galleries throughout the Soviet Union, the USA and Europe and is owned by such collectors as leonard Bernstein, Vladimir Horowitz, Natalia Makarova and Mikhail Baryshnikov. Named one of the "Six Best Painters in Russia" in 1967.
